Megan Rowe,
Town Planner & Director
Megan started her planning career in 2003 and has worked as both a Planning Officer and Senior Planning Officer at Mole Valley District Council and Waverley Borough Council before moving to the private sector in 2015. She was C7 Architect's sole Planning Consultant until Helen joined her in 2018.
She enjoys developing a strategy to maximise a site's potential through clever use of a combination of permitted development and planning permission. She loves a challenge in the Green Belt and has extensive experience of local government practices.
Helen Rennie,

Helen also worked as a Planning Officer and Senior Planning Officer at Mole Valley District Council from 2002 until 2018 when she joined Megan at C7 Architects as a Planning Consultant.

Helen's particular interest is in appeals and constructing strong and convincing arguments against reasons for refusal.

Helen is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
